Cemetery Society

MISSION: St. John’s Cemetery was established in 1864 to provide an affordable, church affiliated, final resting place for members and their families. Over the years, we have evolved into a community cemetery.


HOW IS THIS DONE?
  Maintain the property and arranging for burials is ongoing.
 The part-time staff takes care of maintenance and burials while the administrator takes care of the administrative work.
 Anyone interested in becoming involved with the ongoing ministry of the cemetery is invited to contact Carolly Huth.

MEETINGS: The Cemetery Committee, per se, does not hold regularly scheduled meetings as our main purpose is burials Meetings are held when a decision needs to be made or a recommendation needs to be presented to the Congregation Council for approval.
