Sunday Church School

MISSION: The Sunday Church School provides opportunities for children in pre-school through 7th grade to learn about our faith.

WHAT IS DONE? We have a staff of 22 teachers and aides who are provided with curriculum and resources to accomplish the challenge of our mission. Other resources are available in our Church library, Resource Room, intergenerational events and Parish Nurse.

MEETINGS: The Sunday School  teachers/aides meet regularly on the first Sunday of each month at 9:00 AM. while Sunday School is in session. Additionally, the Co-Superintendents and Treasurer meet on an ad-hoc basis whenever necessary. If you are interested in helping out the SCS either through teaching, aiding the teachers, or helping out for special programs, please contact the persons named below.

SPECIAL UPCOMING EVENTS/FUND RAISERS: Sunday School starts on the Sunday after Labor day and runs until the third Sunday in May from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM. Special events are planned for Thanksgiving, Advent, Christmas, Lent and Easter Sunday along with intergenerational events which are scheduled along with the congregation.
